There are many more people to the LC9 Team then the three guys on this page.

The Team consists of project managers, networking consultants and network engineers. We have dedicated client services managers to assist our clients in all areas of their business. All of our network engineers have various accreditations with the following vendors: Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco, AppSense and VMware. Our highly skilled project managers provide leading industry procedure based project rollouts so that each client received the best quality of service.

The entire LC9 team is passionate about what we do and is 100% committed to bringing the ultimate in Cloud Computing and Hosted IT Services to your business. But no team is complete without strong leadership and that's what the three guys below bring to the team.

Craig Taylor, Founder & Managing Director

With over 17 years experience in the IT industry, Craig's background means he not only has knowledge about a large number of technologies but that he is also adept at how they can be put to work for business - rather than the business having to resource the technology and manage any risk involved. He has worked closely with several large multi-national firms such as Goodman Fielder on Citrix-based solutions before spending two years in London managing several Citrix solution implementations. Craig has successfully managed the design, build and implementation of one of the largest and most complex Citrix solutions in the world at Queensland Government. He was consequently asked to manage part of the delivery of Australia’s largest SAP implementation where he was responsible for delivery of the solution to over 200,000 desktops across Queensland. Craig is also a regular presenter at industry events such as Citrix iForum and Mastering SAP Technologies.

Adam Woolley, Service Director

With 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Adam is responsible for delivering LC9’s flexible IT Managed Service solutions to our clients. Adam gained valuable start to his IT career at Data#3 where he had a successful and rewarding 10 year career. Adam then relocated to London UK where he took on various technical and IT Management roles while enjoying travelling around the world. After gaining much experience in the UK, Adam came back to Australia to start a consulting business before joining the LC9 team. Adam has had extensive experience in both a managerial and hands on approach to planning, implementing and supporting technology solutions to achieve strategic business outcomes. Adam has always been passionate about client service and started LC9’s Managed Services with founder Craig Taylor after they both saw a gap in the market for a more client-focused IT business that could bring ‘bigger business’ technology into the SME marketplace.

Eugene Luongo, Technology Director

With 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Eugene has gained valuable experience in the areas of infrastructure hosting and IT security. Eugene began his career at PricewaterhoueCooper as an IT Manager and graduated to Technical Security Manager Asia Pacific. Eugene then moved to a C level position for a US government services multinational where he reshaped their core infrastructure & application delivery model. After gaining business level experience, Eugene ventured into his own successful business delivering Software as Service offerings to the SMB market which was later acquired by ASX listed company. Eugene is passionate about the LC9 Cloud offering and the potential it has in delivering quality robust services to the SME market. The service offering is second to none with the added advantage of personal service and out of the box thinking.
